Lip Liner Pencils
Lipliner pencils accentuate the lips. Contouring the outer or inner edge of the lip maximizes or minimizes the lip. Our pencils contain more pigment and less waxes and oils than lipstick. Their firm consistency prevents the lipstick from smudging at the edges.
