Specifications -  Wood and Plastic Cosmetic Pencils for Lip, Eye & Brow
Pencils:  Lip, Eye & Brow pencils available in Basewood, California cedar wood and mechanical plastic.
Pencil Lead:  extruded and molded leads available - all shades are custom created,.  Choose from our selection of colors or submit your own for duplication.
Pencil Sizes: Standard slim pencil barrel lengths are 125 mm, 130 mm and 17.7 mm (4 3/4"= 120mm, 5 ¼"= 133 mm, 7" =  17.7 mm). Slim pencil core diameter is 3.8 mm.  Standard Jumbo barrel lengths are 120 mm and 125 mm.  The jumbo core diameter is 6 mm. Additional sizes and lengths available.
Pencil Caps:  plastic, aluminum and sharpening caps (many styles available) point protectors can be color matched to be the same color as barrel and core color.
Pencil Barrel:  Choice of Barrel color        
Printing logo on the pencil:  1 color client logo included
End of pencil: Choice of end dip color to match core included. Brush, applicator or aluminum end cap available.
Minimum order per color:  6,000 pcs per shade.         
Minimum shipment:  6 shades (negotiable)
Packaged:  100 pcs inner box / 3000 pcs per master carton. Pencils can be packed to your specifications for an additional charge.  
Shrink Wrapping, UPC application, Carding and Blister packing is also available
Lead Time: Approximately around 45 days from PO and deposit. Add an additional 30 day cushion for first orders. The shipment time is approximately 35 - 45 days via sea freight. Approximately 30 days for sample duplication.

Payment: Our payment is 50% deposit and PO. Balance is to be paid when order is ready to ship. Wire transfer bank fee: $90 to forward the funds to china. ($45 with deposit / $45 with final payment). All orders are FOB China. Customer is responsible for Customs broker/clearance/inspection and inland trucking fees. We will coordinate the arrival of shipment and arrange for delivery of goods.
